Academic Rankings
Academic Rankings are a tool that enables comparisons between higher education institutions around the world. These rankings are able to support universities in identifying strengths, opportunities for improvement, and possibilities for cooperation. Each ranking follows its own methodology defined by its organizers. Different criteria and metrics are utilized to evaluate the main acting spheres of these institutions, considering the rankings objectives, coverage, and perspective.
In this scenario, the University of São Paulo participates, voluntarily and involuntarily, in different academic rankings.
